I did C25K, week 4, day 1 yet again. I think I may go on next week to week 5. I also did about 1/2 mile extra with mostly running. According to the maintenance man, the combined Miller park loop is 7/10 mile, so I used that figure for calculation. He also says eventually there will be a sign/diagram to tell distances. I had a good run, but won't say I didn't get tired by the end.
