Race For Autism. 400 people, a 5K, and an 8K. I did the 5K, because I felt the 8K was too much this time. Joe Henderson there cheering me on. DD1 ran too. A generally stress free, easy type of race. I did better than the last two races I have ran, and I beat all the 60 - 69 old women too. The first half mile was not quite as hard for me as it use to be on this course. Lots of fun. 1/3!
