Happy with my new course: Kingwood St. out and back. I did 2 miles on this run, but many variations are possible in order to extend the run. One is to hook up with Miller Park. There are hills, but they didn't bother me. A new course is a good thing for me at this point, because I have lost two other running places recently. Keeps my motivation up to have a new course. I'm trying to add sprints to my runs, but not good at that yet.
