Kind of a hard and sucky run today - well, harder than it should have been.
24.2 miles overall - 3:21:10 - 8:19 ave pace. After 6 miles my legs felt heavy and sluggish, and I almost called it a day
Then ran 10 miles at my Boston Qualifying Pace of 8:14 - and 6 miles at my current Marathon pace of 7:45 - felt much better running faster ...:-)
Lost 6.5 pounds too, as I never had to stop once for food or water
