distance got messed up because I let my watch on while driving back...but I remember it saying 15.7 when I stopped.
anyhoo.... this went decently I suppose, I just didn't feel amazing, yet was still within the 6:30-50 range I was supposed to be in for 12-13 miles (did 12). I got spoiled with the nice fall weather, but today was 90% humidity--not fun.
