WU: 3 miles with steady build
2 x 200 in 37-38" on 200 jogging (actually 37, 39")
Then: 800 in 2:45 on 1:00 (actually 2:46)
Then 4 X 400 in 1:22-1:23 on 1:00 recovery (actually 1:20, 1:21, 1:21, 1:21)
CD: ~ a mile
Went well....I felt 100% going into it, and it was only 1.5 miles at vo2/5k goal pace. felt really good! well, except for it being 26 and windy in mid-april!
