3 mile threshold run; 6:10 to start the first, working down to 6:00, then 5:50-55 for the 2nd and 3rd miles:

Despite it being 84 degrees when I started this at 7:45p, I felt pretty good once I got warmed up! I didn't mean to run the first one fast, but I wasn't looking at my watch too much, and it just happened. The heat started to get to me by the end, so I didn't add on any extra.
