attempted to do 6-8 x 1k, but stopped after 5, when I was clearly dying!

I pretty much knew that this wasn't going to end well...my legs were trashed from the track meet less than 48 hours prior. But I tried to cram this in, not wanting to miss out on doing the tempo Saturday. Not a bright idea, in retrospect!
