Notes

6-7 miles with some other recovering Hounds:

easy 4 miles, then 4 x 10" at near max effort up a fairly steep hill (SPRINT!) ((to reactivate motor units))...then walk/jog til recovered (took 30 seconds or so), more easy running. sprinting felt a-m-a-z-i-n-g!
