original idea for workout was 2 x 3k @ 10 effort, then optional additional k's at the same pace.
it was 90+ degrees and super humid, so we did 3 x 2k instead. flat 10k pace would be ~5:55/mile, but with the heat, we should've taken it easier (but i let myself get pulled along with jamie's insane pace, whoops)
