This went super well! I've never done 800s this fast, and I felt good...it was realllly helpful to have a couple people to run with--they definitely pulled me along to some faster intervals than I would've done alone (though I did get left in the dust the last 2, and had to face some wind by myself...still, I didn't fade too much).
