Hounds workout: 16 X 400 on 100 m jog

89, 85, 85, 85, 86, 83, 86, 84, 84, 85, 84, 85, 84, 85, 84, 79

Decided to do this all at 5k pace (1:25 for 400 m) to avoid blowing up....ended up being a good workout, but not too difficult. I felt like I could've done 20 easily, but stopped at 16. The next 2 days I kept waiting for heavy/tired legs, but that never happened... odd.
