Easy run with Julia and Kate to Squirrel Hill and around Frick Park then down to Oakland/Shadysideland.
My legs weren't too bad--feeling a bit fatigued from Tues, but I was in denial over the fact that I was getting sick, and probably shouldn't have gone quite this far, likely just prolonging it.
