Very snowy run with Jamie, Steph, and Sharon......I felt fine, but running on sidewalks with so much snow was taxing, so I just did 2 x 20" strides at marathon pace. Ended up with hips/IT bands definitely feeling a little tight/sore later--probably a combination of everything they went through last Sunday and all the snow.
