Long run indoors at the X....awoke to several inches of fluffy white snow, which was quickly turning into a slushy mess. I was dead set on running 22 miles, but this put a damper on that. Decided the tmill would be a less toe-freezing, annoying option.
5 mile warmup
11 miles of 1/2 mile at 9.5 mph (6:18 pace), 1/4 mile at 7.5 (8:00 pace) for 7.5 total at marathon pace
Pretty tolerable due to the quicker stuff! Legs feeling good.
