"Checo-run" :)....ran with Michelle and Ivan out to Andy's place to play with cute/obese Checo, picked up Andy for a few miles on the way back.
Felt fine--probably wasn't well enough hydrated--but hills are rough right now! The few hills we encountered were a struggle!
