From the Bronx over the bridge, to Manhattan's riverfront trail. There were some hilly parts, but I got onto a nice paved trail along the river for a good stretch and was able to run quicker. My watch told me I was running around 6:00 pace for a lot, until it jumped to 7:00 when it chimed. I have no idea how fast I was *actually* running... but after 7 miles at 6:45-7:15 pace, I was supposed to do 5 miles at 6:20-30, then 3 miles "hard." I'm guessing I was pretty close to the right paces. I didn't feel awesome, but not too bad either. So who knows.
