10 miles easy, with strides (on treadmill). 3 mi WU, then 10 x 20" with 40" jog recoveries. The strides were from 10.2 mph down to 11.1 mph (around 6:30 to 5:50). I couldn't really run as fast on a treadmill (wasn't "almost sprinting"), and paces always feel tougher on the treadmill even though there's no wind/hills. Good run!
