2 mile WU to oval....Jamie and I had an unfortunate collision, which resulted in me totally wiping out :/. Knees skinned/bruised and a few layers of skin gone from my right hand--didn't slow me down, but definitely uncomfortable.
aimed for 8 reps, did 7
78-79" at the 400, tried to hold back for the first 100m and move up later (but it was really just Jamie and I switching off leading)
