Ran from TJs to Frick...most of the run was in the shade, thankfully. Did plyos once I got to the park, then 10 X 30" quick strides (5:40-5:50) at mile 4 (jogging 30" after each). I had to go by feel for these since I was running hilly trails, but I think the effort was right.
Legs feeling alright! Just kinda zapped by the heat.
