"6-10 X 1k... shoot for 3:30-3:35 on these (85" at the 400) and try to relax on the first couple and negative split the session."

Just did 6 since I wanted to be conservative with the Great Race coming up. Felt great! We took 3" recovery, which seemed like a ton.
