WU) 3.33 miles, incl. a few ~50 m strides
5 x 3' hill intervals to vo2 max, first minute strong/relaxed, then best effort for the last 2 min; walk/jog back down the hill (Schenley Drive)
CD) 2.3 miles
dealing with an annoying cold, so I wasn't feeling awesome, but put in decent efforts--honestly, probably wasn't at "best effort" because I didn't want to push it too much. legs felt decent, just overall tired from being sick.
