8 x 600 m reps (1:53-4 = 75"/quarter -> mile race pace) with full recovery (walk/jogged for 200 m--several minutes):

This was a fun workout...I don't think I've ever done 600s. It's not an easy distance because you want to stop at 400, but I managed to run them all at 1:15/quarter pace. Heath did the last 2 with me, which was helpful.
