*my perfect progression was totally thrown off by Jo telling me a story, had an extra 30"ish recovery, but got back on track and the rest were right on
normally i'd say 1200s are one of the most brutal workouts, but this went super well! ran this by myself before hounds practice--i've always liked pacing myself.
