2.5 mi WU, then hills!

8 x 1' hard uphill (30" building, then building to a very hard last 10") on Stanton near the bottom where it meets Butler. Recovery: walking for 10-20" at top of hill, then jogging down.

I felt pretty good for these! Fun workout.
