6 x 1000 m @ 3:25-30 pace (well, that was the initial idea) with 2:30 jog/walk rests between
3:34, 3:28, 3:30, 3:31, 3:32, 3:28
3 mile cooldown
I felt pretty good, but wonder if I was a little fatigued from Sunday's long run....then again, I've never done 1ks at faster than 3:30 pace. Good workout, but definitely didn't need to do any more than 6 repeats--I was pretty spent by that last one.
