20' easy warmup, then 4 x 45" hard (faster than race pace) strides
Athletic Trainer's 5k in 19:15 or something, I don't know to the second, but it was a train wreck. A variety of factors, physical and emotional, came together to make this a truly horrendous experience. Oh well, it can't really get any worse than running your high school time, so 2014 can only get better from here, right?
