crazy intervals at Orange Theory... alternately did what they call the "aerobic zone" (described as 5k pace, lol) but 7:00 or 7:30 pace for me, then "moderate" (1-2 mph faster), and "all-out" (did 10-12 mph), with incline between 1 and 7%
