I had to change the structure a bit since Jamie, Steve, and I ran from the East End to the Southside trails & back...
5 mile WU
2 X 1 mile in 6:00 - 6:10 on 1' recovery (ended up 6:14, 6:21.....snow!)
3 miles easy jogging
2 x 1 mile in 6:00 - 6:10 on 2' recovery (6:17, 6:22)
3 mile CD, very easy
I was happy with this, since there was at least an inch or 2 of snow on the trails. I just tried to go by feel and run at 1/2 effort. Considering the conditions, it was a very good workout. My legs are still a little sore from Thursday, though!
