8 miles with strides (3 mi easy, then 5 x 40" strides, beginning at a moderate effort, ~6' pace, then building to near sprint speed; 40" jogs between; easy/relaxed to finish)

Did this with Ivan and Michelle, and I think we all felt terrible (them: food poisoning, me: a mystery). The strides felt great, though.
