16 mile tempo run.

10 mi warmup, building slowly (though there were some early downhills)

then 6 at marathon pace, building through the first mile (~6:45) down to 6:30-35

The majority of this run was along the Pgh course--it was nice to run a couple sections I don't typically (Carson St, across Birmingham Bridge and up Forbes), especially the hill into Oakland (only .6 mi!). Felt pretty good and tried to keep the effort relatively consistent (there aren't really any flat sections, so the pace will vary). It was nice to go into a run feeling like my legs were fresh for once!
