Fartlek 40:00 non-stop: 20 x [1:00 fast (6:00 pace), 1:00 rest (7:30/45 pace)]
went really well! I found a pretty flat route, so the fast minutes were all right around 6:00 pace and the slower ones were in the 7:30s. I didn't feel the need to run much faster on the recoveries--definitely a taxing workout by the end! Finished feeling strong, not dead :).
