Hounds workout--had Pierre to chase, and Jeremy to run with. For as awful as last week's workout went, this one went super well. I honestly set out with the intention of running the prescribed paces, but since we did the Ks on the oval, I didn't have as good an idea how I was pacing myself, and what I thought was 5k pace was actually quicker. I honestly felt good the whole time--it was a challenging but comfortable workout; I definitely wasn't forcing it. The perfect spring weather and fact that I'd gotten 9 hours of sleep last night defs helped.
