7 x 1k with 2:30 recoveries; took them more relaxed than usual so I could do more reps and not be totally fatigued for the Wednesday workout

*Felt okay, but not awesome--just fatigued in general. Heat didn't help (~90), and maybe having low-ish ferritin (28) played a part.
