15 x diagonals/100s (did 5 diagonals but felt like the turf was too bouncy, switched to the track) building to all-out speed quickly, with full recovery (100m walk, 100m jog)
4 x 200 m (1st 100m: relaxed; 2nd 100m: fast) with 200m recovery, aiming for ~40":
