8 x 1:30 uphill, ~5k effort, trying to build into it

These were hard! I sorta built, but just felt like I wasn't going much faster as the hills got the best of me. I think my legs were still tired from the rough long run a couple days earlier.

Recovery was jogging back to the bottom of the hill
