Trail run at Raccoon Creek... with Jeremy, Michelle, and Andrew. This was my "long" run for the week---only 8 miles, but considering the terrain, it was equal to a few more. I somehow forgot to bring the most important thing, running shoes (!), so ended up running in a pair of J2's stashed in his car and luckily have no blisters from size 9.5 men's shoes :)...then used M's for the last couple, and stepped on a rock wrong and now have some pain in my right 5th metatarsal (always a little concerned when my metatarsals hurt--99% sure this is nothing).
