3.5 mi WU easy to start, then building. last 5' ~6:40-7
3 mi in 18:32 (aiming for 18:10-40 or 6:10 pace)
2' recovery
2 mi in 12:18 (decided 2 was enough--felt like I *could've* done another mile, but want to be ready for Cherry Blossom Sunday!)
CD back to CMU
good workout! realized it's impossible for me to just run "by feel" if I have my gps watch on :)
