WU) 2 mi easy + 3 x 400 m at pace (9.9 mph)
3 - 2 - 1 mi at 5:45-50 pace (I did 5:49 pace for all 6 mi) with 2-3 min recoveries (took gels/water)
CD) walk
*did this on the treadmills at the Pete....definitely the most intense treadmill run I've ever done (and my "Best workout yet" accd to coach :). Quite the challenge, but I did it!
