15' easy WU, then 45' of 1' hard (5k effort, ~6' pace?), 2' easy (nearly complete recovery).
Tough! Good workout, though...and fun to run faster. Nice to feel oxygen debt again :). It was tough to breathe wearing a balaclava! The condensation from breathing gave me icicles on all the exposed hair on my face...when I returned, Maggie opened the door and gasped in horror--I looked like the Ice Queen with massive chunks of ice frozen to my eyelashes. Or maybe someone dying of hypothermia, ha.
