2.5 mile WU with 4 x 20" strides in the last half mile
9 x 1' up Connecting Road, a very steep hill at Highland Park
conservative for first few, then the rest at near max effort--stong/controlled first 30", then surge to the finish
20" walk at the top of hill, jog slowly down, 20" walk at bottom
I felt really good! I ended at about the same place on all of them, so I wasn't getting faster, but my effort was definitely increasing!
(I left my watch running while I walked, hence the 9'+ pace)
