easy run (7:30 pace most of the time after warming up), with 12 x 20" fast strides with 1:40 recovery jogs (started at 10.0 mph, worked up to 10.8 for the last 5--5:34 pace)
felt good, and glad to have an option besides braving the sketchy sitch outside! very thankful Cornell put me on his list for 10 free passes :)
