4 x (200m, 200m, 400m) with equal recovery walk/jog (1st 100m walk, then jog):
*shooting for 36" and 74" +/- 2"

CD) 1/2 mile jog, then 2 x 200m strides with 100m jog
*finally ran a workout how I'd like: a bit conservative at the start, then getting faster as it progresses. I felt pretty strong the whole time; the last couple 400s weren't a walk in the park, but I didn't feel like my form was deteriorating.
