hilly tempo run...4 mile WU @ MAF, 2 @ 165-175, 2 up to 180, 2 up to 185, 1 CD because I didn't plan this out adequately :). Felt really good! I expected it to feel harder than it did...then again, I wasn't able to keep my HR elevated during many sections of the last 4 miles because of ice and snow.
