long run with Steph, Kait, and Jen around Squirrel Hill, Frick Park, then I did the Stanton loop to get to 18 miles.

legs feeling fine, but I felt like I wasn't super energetic--took gels at 6 and 12 miles. low glycogen stores, fasting is not exactly the path to marathon success :\
