Baystate Marathon. this was a tough one. 11 days after my father's passing. pushing for sub 3:10 BQ. rolled along pretty good....do some mental math in last few miles and realize I need to push harder to get sub 3:10. locked up with cramps in last mile...managed to scratch my way in in 3:14+. crossed the line and just broke down.....PR.
