Notes

Circuit training (treadmill). Included 5x400 at 10.5 MPH (5:43 pace). Did 2 circuits, same as last week although warm up was 1.5 mile, cool down was 1 mile. Pushed last rep to 10.7 mph. Tough, not as bad as last wk.
