Manchester. goal - sub 3:10. on track until cramps started to hit just after 20 mile mark. 1st was the left hamstring. stretched it out and then kept moving at slower pace to try and keep them at bay. had a few more episodes and then it got ugly in the 26th mile when the right hamstring really started seizing up. only way to get rid of it was to kick hard at the end. this should get me in Boston 2018.....more later when more time
