Notes

Circuit training (treadmill). Included 5x400 at 10.5 MPH (5:43 pace). Followed Owen Anderson basic circuit training plan - did 2 circuits as recommended. Much more difficult then I thought it would be. Was soaked and wiped out after. Took 90 min including warm up/stretching and cool down/stretching. Longer then anticipated. The 400's definitely got harder during the session. The total time is estimated.
