original plan was treadmill hills....couldn't decide whether or not do do fartlek on the roads instead....went with the treadmill. did 15 x 60 sec, 10% incline at hard effort (6:31 pace)
3 min easy recovery (1% incline, 8:57 pace)
not sure how I got thru this one....last hard treadmill workout....glad those are done.
